Maria Paola de Salvo

Maria de Salvo is the founder of Easytelling. She is a specialist in Knowledge Translation, certified by Toronto University and by Sick Kids Hospital in Canada. She graduated from the University of São Paulo and holds a master’s degree in Communication, Media, and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London, where she lived and worked for a year and a half for international consultancy firms and NGOs. Paola also worked for five years as a communications manager and director at Global Health Strategies, a consultancy for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Brazil and other international foundations. In this role, she was responsible for managing and disseminating one of the foundation’s projects in Brazil, the Grand Challenges. She developed strategies to translate scientific outcomes from funded projects into valuable information for shaping public health policies.
