Marcelo Finger

Marcelo Finger is a full professor at the Institute of Computer Science of the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of São Paulo, a research productivity fellow at CNPq, and editor of The Scientific World Journal, the São Paulo Journal of Mathematical Sciences and the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Informatics. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1988), a Masters in Foundations of Advanced Information Technology – Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (1990) and a PhD in Computing – Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London (1994), lecturer and full professor in Computer Science from the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of São Paulo (2011). He was visiting professor in Computer Science departments at Universitée Paul Sabatier – Toulouse (2011) and Cornell University (2012-2013).
